Yes, if the boat is returned in the same condition that it left. Upon completion of your rental and return of the boat your security deposit will be refunded to whatever card you used.
Every boat or jet ski will be full of gas at the time of departure. Upon arrival you'll be responsible for fueling up the machine. There is a marina fuel station right as you are returning to the launch ramp.

Yes, any boat rental can be cancled within 48 hours of the reservation for a full refund. Any cancelation that is not made before 48 hours of your arrival will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
